A long sought out dream, came true, for me when I opened up my restaurant. � Since I was a child i have always wanted to open a restaurant.� After finishing college, I was able to accomplish that dream.� It is a family owned and operated diner.� The staff consists of 21 employees, who are always ready to serve you, the customer.� I am alway accepting applications, but you have to be a very hard worker, and always wear a smile on your face.� I will always train anyone who is willing to learn.� Although I do not do all the cooking, I always check the plates before it leaves the kitchen.� To see if it stands up to my personal standards. � I would never serve anything less.� We do serve alcohol here, so if your under 21, don't even try it.� We card.� Thank you for coming to my restaurant, good luck, and I hope you enjoy the meal.� Please come again.
